1877.
[About this edition: Isidor Kalisch’s 1877 English translation appears here with its Hebrew text, preface, forty-five explanatory notes and glossary. The work itself has six chapters; the other reader sections are editorial apparatus. Transcription errors and omitted tables have been repaired against the printed edition. Hebrew passages follow their corresponding English sections, with printed variant readings retained. Kalisch’s historical claims and interpretations are his own. Chapter I, section 7 retains the corrected Ezekiel 1:14 reference in place of the print’s 6:14. The conflicting body correspondences in Chapter III, section 5 and the difficult English wording in Chapter VI, section 3 are preserved and discussed in the commentary.]
